I'm Stephan, a product builder who codes. Close to a decade of experience, based in the Netherlands. I bring ideas to life and scale SaaS products in fintech, climate tech, developer tools, and AI, though honestly, anything between heaven and earth interests me.

I grew up taking things apart to see how they worked, and mostly failing to put them back together. That curiosity turned into a design career: first shaping physical products, then falling for the immediacy of digital ones, where you can ship an idea, watch people use it, and change it again by morning.

Along the way I've lived and worked across Sweden, China, the Netherlands, and a handful of places in between. Each move reshuffled how I think about problems: less about finding the "right" answer, more about understanding the constraints well enough that the right answer becomes obvious.

I'm more convinced than ever that building fast is the best way to explore a problem and find the right solution.
