Lead Product Design

I lead product design at Altura, an AI-native SaaS platform for bid management and procurement. I’m responsible for product strategy, design direction, and turning both into a coherent product that ships. I also build and ship the work myself: starting from a signal, working it through design and implementation, and staying with it once it’s live, monitoring feedback, metrics, and analytics to see what actually changed.

The work sits at the intersection of AI, workflow design, and operational complexity. Altura helps teams manage bids, coordinate stakeholders, and navigate procurement processes with more clarity and less coordination overhead. The challenge is not just adding AI features, but designing where automation creates leverage without making the process opaque or brittle.

I work closely with leadership and cross-functional partners to shape the roadmap, define the product experience, and ensure the team has a clear design language for the moments that matter most: intake, planning, collaboration, and decision-making.
